These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any coaching services provided by Margarita Ilkiv. By accessing this site or booking a call, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Margarita Ilkiv offers personal development and life coaching services, including private 1:1 coaching, group coaching programs, and informational content. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you require professional support in those areas, please consult the appropriate qualified professional.

2. Coaching relationship

Coaching is a collaborative professional relationship focused on personal and professional growth. The client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Margarita Ilkiv does not guarantee specific results. Results depend on the effort, engagement, and circumstances of each individual client.

3. Payment and enrollment

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due in accordance with the terms agreed at enrollment
• Payment plans are available for the VIP 1:1 program by arrangement
• All payments are final unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the commencement of services

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited at the coach's discretion. Group program sessions are not individually refundable once the program has begun.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Margarita Ilkiv will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law or where there is risk of harm.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including articles, tools, frameworks, and materials — is the intellectual property of Margarita Ilkiv. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without written permission. Personal use for reference is permitted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Margarita Ilkiv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of coaching services or this website. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months.

8. Website use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or to transmit any harmful or disruptive content.

9. External links

This website may link to third-party websites (including Calendly, Google Forms, and social media platforms). I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, where Margarita Ilkiv is based. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts, without prejudice to your rights under the laws of your own country.
